Caught by tfl using my mum's freedom pass

I got caught tfl use my mum freedom card yesterday and I did provide my full name and wrong address. Did anyone know what going happen next? I am worry after give wrong address and they unable send me letter. Do i need call tfl give they my right address? Sorry for my english. Thanks for all suggestion.

Is the address you gave one where you have access to any mail that is sent there? If not, you should consider contacting TfL to correct this as you will get tracked down eventually but probably after you have been convicted and fined and it will be the bailiffs who turn up at your front door. Were you given any paperwork at the time you were stopped?

I didn't received paperwork when the time she stop me. But she take me to side and ask me few questions. Also she keep my mum freedom card.

As they have your mother’s Freedom Pass they will presumably be able to contact her. Unless she refuses to tell them where you live, they will then be able to get hold of you. So better that you tell them first your correct address.

That’s a customer service number. They won’t be able to help.

IAP@tfl.gov.uk is the prosecution team email address. Make no admission whatsoever to them at this stage, but explain that you would like to provide the correct address.
