IIRC the PKP sleeper compartments are quite OK. I also use ear plugs in night trains. Can't comment on the PKP couchettes.

It's worth noting that it is extremely unlikely that the train will arrive early at Warszawa Centralna (Warsaw Central) as it has a booked call at Warszawa Zachodnia (Warsaw West) a few minutes prior to arrival at the former, and it will be held until booked departure time at the latter.
CD say no delay to that train (the short section involved is probably managed with SLW for "class 1" trains) - which stands/shunts at Bohumin for over an hour anyway.
