Class 08 shunter at Haymarket

I noticed the nose of a class 08 shunting engine protruding from a shed when passing Haymarket Depot yesterday. How long have they had this for and is it used much?

There are also still shunters at Polmadie, Craigentinny and Inverness, as well as one at The Distillery in Hillington.
