Should the TransPennine Upgrade project include more line speed raising and four tracking?

Something that’s been mentioned is that there may a desire to have two stopping trains per hour west of Huddersfield throughout the day, in which case terminating capacity at Huddersfield may prove to be a bit difficult. If this does happen one train per hour will most likely continue to York as is, but it may be ideal to continue the other train to Bradford using multi-mode units, essentially combining the new service with the existing Huddersfield to Bradford service.

In which case I wonder if some linespeed improvements can be made to the Bradley Junction to Bradley Wood Junction chord on top of the new and hopefully faster turnout which will have to be installed at Bradley Junction as part of the four tracking works to try and make the route a bit less of a trundle than it currently is.

Once the four tracking is complete, trains from Brighouse will hopefully get a clear run from the chord onto the slow lines as the fasts will be segregated.
