Is there a list of all trains set to depart a specific station (ie, NCL) on each day of the week showing platforms, calling pattern and operator? Thanks in advance.

Yep, RealTimeTrains is your friend. You can filter out freight services and non-passenger services under 'Show detailed filtering options' then 'Service type' and choosing the 'Passenger services' option from the drop-down menu.

Here's an example for Newcastle for tomorrow showing all services:

BRtimes might offer the sort of thing you want.

This for instance is a list of all services departing Edinburgh tomorrow:

Alternatively you can use Realtimetrains and adjust the settings in detailed mode to show 'all day' instead of specific time frame; then services to show 'passenger calls only' and so on.

I've looked at that but I'm thinking more in table form, for example:

TimeDestinationCalling PointsPlattormOperator
0600London Kings CrossDurham, Darlington, York, Doncaster, Peterborough3London North Eastern Railway

Or something along the lines of the A-Z lists that stations use on notice boards (if they still do)

Something like this? Admittedly it’s a departure board so will only show so far ahead in time but it does list all stations on the same screen.

Live Departures used to do full on A-Zs, now if you go to for example the below page for Newcastle then click on each link it gives an A-Z style display for that journey.
