There are two methods here of undoing proceedings - one is initiated by you (the Stat Dec) - the other can be initiated by the company (e.g. if they realise they made a mistake such as using the wrong address). That response indicates they would do the second - but it's not needed if the Stat Dec was already filed.

Just to clarify, the second way of reopening proceedings, an application "in the interests of justice" under section 142 of the Magistrates Court Act, can be made by any party.
