Can anyone suggest a firm that can overhaul Air Brake Distributors fitted to Seacow, Sealion ballast hoppers.

According to a post on your website from 23/08/21, NYMR have previously sent the Westinghouse P4 distributor from a Seacow to Railway Brake Services of Doncaster for overhaul. Can they no longer overhaul them? It looks like Sabre Rail may also be able to work on them.

RBS are still based in Burton-on-Trent to the best of my knowledge.

It seems that RBS no longer do overhauls on distributors.
After 4 years while work has carried on with body and hopper repairs.
Is there anybody else?

Sabre Rail is who I would try if Railway Brake Services won’t touch it. As it’s Westinghouse you could try Knorr-Bremse as a last resort. KB bought Westcode so that option has gone.
Is there a plate on it with the catalogue number for the part? The Sabre Rail website has a list of BR era Distributors that are in their standard range.
