You've been caught, and now must engage - they have got your details from the ticket scan, and know it was you as they have taken pictures of you. You will be convicted in court and receive a criminal record, be fined, have to pay a surcharge, have to pay the company's costs, and the fare/s avoided.
The company here is demanding payment of the fares avoided in order to stop this. You should pay this as soon as possible.
