Not Stopping at Blairhill Station in Glasgow

[bAzTNM]

Hi there.

Noticed a sign at Bellgrove Station saying that no trains will be stopping at Blairhill until the 25th August. Don't know what's happening there.

No idea what the purpose or benefit of the bus service is, perhaps there are concerns over people waiting at Coatbridge!

What are the platforms like at that station? They must be quite the state.

Or perhaps they will just miss a train/have a long wait for the next one!

Where it says 'Until approx 1900, passengers travelling WESTBOUND FROM Blairhill...'

Shouldn't that be 'EASTBOUND' instead?

Blairhill to Easterhouse is westbound
It is not possible to use the eastbound platform, therefore you have no choice but to travel westbound crossover then travel eastbound back on yourself and past Blairhill eastbound

Platform is half gone today. Was in an absolute terrible state when I saw it last week.

Blairhill appears to be opened now.
