All Boeing 7x7 in one day

A bit of lighter aviation stuff for a change, can you still see all Boeing 7x7 airliner models in 24 hours?

Boeing Yahtzee: seeing all of the their airliners, 707 through 787, in motion, in 24 hours

I took a weekend trip to Oklahoma City and Dallas - Ft Worth to scratch an avgeek itch I've had for a couple of years - documenting a member of each of Boeing's jet airliners in a single day.

747s are more difficult theses days. But I do see all models regularly in Atlanta.

Now we're getting regular 747 freighter flights into BHX, might be able to cover 737 to 787 at Birmingham (though 767s are pretty rare).

The first two models will be a challenge though!

Apart from the 717, which you can argue isn't a Boeing, this should be possible in the UK. Would take a heck of a lot of planning and aligning of flying schedules though!
737 onwards would be picked up an LHR very easily. 707 would need to be a French Air Force or NATO AWACS. They do visit over here very occasionally for exercise and air shows. The 727 can be picked up by the Oil Spill Response example at Southend (I think that's where it lives). Finding a day when both of these are flying may be rather tricky.

Doing the same with all the Airbus models should be possible too, especially at Frankfurt though the A310s are pretty rare over Europe nowadays.

You might be able to still do it with McDonnell Douglas too, a few DC-8s are still running cargo into Miami. DC-10 would be harder though, i think only 1-2 left flying now.

If you were lucky enough to have been at Boeing Field in 2016 (was the company's 100th anniversary that year), you would've been lucky enough to see all of them at once when a special line-up of all the 7x7 models was arranged (more than one lineup was done, going off of this article):

I have huge mileage and flights on the 717 - but only in the USA. I fly it all the time between Chattanooga and Atlanta on Delta and also all inter-island flights in Hawaii. I love the plane. I really miss the 747 though.

They're over the South East in and out of East Anglia almost on a daily basis.

No i meant the C-135 was referred to by Boeing as the 717 (mostly internally) for a time. Obviously later on there was an official 717.

C-135 is not the same as a 707 (different fuselage i think), though Sentrys are 707 based.

I believe the only type that was marketed as a “717” was the version you’d see Delta and Hawaiian flying today.

Internally, they distinguished the two product lines as “707” (as we’re all familiar with) and “717” (for what became the C-135, and never had a commercial passenger version, AFAIK).

A fun but of trivial minutia - my favorite kind of minutia!

The 707 and KC-135 were both developed from the 367-80 (Commonly called the Dash 80) prototype. However, the KC-135 has a narrower and shorter fuselage than the 707, though they do look fairly similar.
The 135 was initially designated internally as the 717, however was never marketed as such hence the designation was available for use when Boeing took over McDonnell Douglas.
