After a third attempts to claim for a journey made on the 28th December last year, I have received another one of these, has anyone successfully claimed a delay from Greater Anglia? The delay was saturday 28th Ipswich to Whittersea 15.58 service, it was quite a finasco, unit failed at Bury St Edmunds, we detrained waited 25 minutes for the next one, then there was a points failure, eventually we got to Ely, we were then told to catch the train in front, but it didnt stop at Whittersea, so I detrained again at March and waited another 40 minutes. I have two tickets, one was an Anglian plus day rover and the other a Whittersea to Ely return, both have been uploaded and sent 3 times now?? You cant reply to the emails.
