Hello all. A slightly esoteric question which I cannot find the answer to online. The new receipt-style tickets are printed, I think, on thermal paper, which has become famous for effects which harm fertility and health.
There was a European directive to ban certain bisphenols in receipt paper, however others are still permitted.
Does anyone know if any of the physical tickets in use—magstripe, receipt, or the new white ones—have these harmful substances.
It may sound overly timid to ask, however even contact for a second can lead to harmful absorption.
