Most "interesting" ways to come back from Cinque Terre?

I hold a IR Global 1st from France, and is really looking to go in May to Cinque Terre national park

Onward is already fixed (down to Nice and then Genova), but it's the return I am skeptical about

I would be leaving on a Friday from Riomaggiore/La Spezia and need to be in Paris by Saturday max.

All the routes the planners give me don't sound that interesting (Like a routing by the Swiss tunnels to Basel, or via the train-bus-train Torino-Paris combo...), don't care about doing a major detour.

Is the Brenner Pas a good way, because I could easily do Riomaggiore - Munich in a day.

Supposedly the Modane route should be open by then. You can also avoid the Swiss base tunnels, see below.

Depending on which routes you have already travelled over, you could try (in order of scenic grandeur):
1. Milan-Tirano-Bernina-Albula-Chur-Zürich-Paris (Chur may be the far in a day, but Pontresina or similar should work).
2. Milan-Gotthard original route-Zürich/Luzern-Paris
3. Milan-Simplon-Lötschberg original route-Bern, then optionally Bern-Neuchatel-Frasne-Paris, definitely the back way into France.
4. The Brenner route (possibly combining it with the Arlberg, or going to Munich via Seefeld-Garmisch if that is open). Note that the Italian side has a fair amount of new tunnelling.
5. Milan-Simplon-Lausanne/Geneva-Paris

In terms of journey planners?
Gotthard - via Göschenen should work.
Lötschberg - via Kandersteg.
Both routes have hourly IR-type services from Bellinzona and Brig respectively.
