( That was my last Z20500 for haulage... I'd just ridden it from Meaux, having to my surprise seen it emerging from the stabling at Pantin just an hour after going in there while I was on a required Z50000... correctly worked out it would be the next fast departure following me down the line... short fester at Meaux, five minutes or so, and bingo!

This station is on the African continent.
The platforms shown are served by mainline trains (one of which is in the photo) while immediately adjacent to these platforms are 2x metro platforms (the name of the metro station has a completely different name to the mainline railway station).
The majority of the mainline trains departing from these platforms originate/terminate at this station, taking ~3 hours to run to the end of the line ~50 miles away (as the crow flies). There are separate mainline platforms a few hundred yards north of this where longer distance trains stop, running ~400 miles away (as the crow files).

Is it in Cairo? The train is Egyptian, and Cairo is the only city in Egypt with a metro.
