A Joint Agreement, effective from 6 January 2020, establishes a framework to support the effective investigation and prosecution of cases where emergency workers are the victim of a crime. It also sets the standards victims of these crimes can expect and includes reference to the Guidance on Management of Potential Exposure to blood-borne viruses in emergency workers...
