If Oyster covers their journey, yes. And it doesn't help people waiting for travel already undertaken.Anyone who needs travel history for expense claims should switch to Oyster, surely?
Not for meThis appears to be working again now.
I'm not sure what 'this' you're referring to, but the contactless website is still down and thus access to journey history and refunds is still unavailable. This appears to be working again now.
I did with Amex which eventually understood the issue and refunded the partial charge. The card doesn't seem blocked.Anyone tried to get a chargeback yet?
Sorry, I should have been more specific. The TfL Oyster App is now showing journey and payment history for contactless journeys, or at least is for me. I got quite excited when I tested it yesterday. Sadly it seems this is not complete if the website isn't working and refund requests aren't available.I'm not sure what 'this' you're referring to, but the contactless website is still down and thus access to journey history and refunds is still unavailable.
I agree. I commented on this to my wife yesterday after experiencing delays on the Elizabeth line earlier in the week. How likely is it that I'll remember the date and length of delay once the functionality to claim returns? TfL is managing to charge us the full fare for journeys, but not affording us the ability to review whether what we have been charged is correct. That's neither fair nor reasonable. It really is unacceptable for TfL to have not sorted this issue by now. As highlighted above, many of us who use Contactless need access to journey history to reclaim travel expenses. Notwithstanding the cyber attack, there is a real sense of institutional laziness here that would not be happening if it was impacting TfL's income.
I just checked my TFL oyster app and you're right I can now see my contactless journey history and payment history in it finally.Sorry, I should have been more specific.
