1980s Fort William sleeper formation

I'm trying to make up a 4mm scale Fort William sleeper as in the early 1980s. I have a 37/0, ETHEL and two Mk3 sleepers. The Hornby models I have are Eastern Region numbered. Would the actual vehicles been Midland Region allocated? Also, other vehicles in the formation seemed to have varied. TSO - Mk1 or Mk2? First class day coaches - Mk2 FO? Any advice welcomed.

The ETHELs were only introduced at the end of 1983 if memory serves me right.

I did the West Highland sleeper in early 1984 with MarkIII sleepers and an ETHEL.

The document does show one key feature of the consist which was a MarkI BSOT conversion in the Queen Street-Mallaig portion. My recollection is this was usually behind the loco+ETHEL going towards Fort William.
