TBH - whoever ordered those Voyagers wants shooting. He/She clealry never thought about actually having to travel on one.
they are too small, both in physical space AND capacity, for the services they are used for.
I understand that Virgin didnt expect such a rush to use thier services, but perhaps they should have done. To me if you advertise nice new trains and a wonderful new service which is brilliant (!) people are going to be attracted to it. Surely that is the purpose of advertising
To advertise and EXPECT 0 ( or minimal) growth seems pretty stupid - this begs the question why bother?
