Given how Francis behaves in a lot of his videos, running around and acting like a complete tool, I'm not surprised.

That station manager could of sorted his attitude out and not be so aggressive. Must of had anger management issues. Well anyway hes been captured and put onto youtube.

The member of staff certainly doesn’t present himself well in this video. His attitude, the aggressive pointing, and - frankly - his scruffy appearance.

Oh I totally agree, the staff members behaviour wasn't in any way acceptable.

The point I was trying to make is that given how Francis behaves in some of his videos, running around stations, generally acting a bit childish, he was bound to draw attention to himself at some point...

Was informed today that photography is against TFL policy.

I asked if he was sure about what he was saying and that maybe he should double check, before saying anything else.

TFL informed via Twitter who will be passing on feedback to the station staff at Battersea, if you believe them...

Had a minor problem at KGX last bank Monday. just passing through, noticed 801207 at plat 8. Took a few pics of it and got approached by a member of NR staff. He asked me for id, and when I told him I was just passing through he started fully loosing it. Walked away after a few minutes thank god

They didn't give me a reason but I presume it was for filming

I said I was going to Stratford, and they told me I had to take the District line (I obviously took C2C as its faster)

Any idea why they did this?? I wasn't standing close to the edge or anything

Just let me remind you (as I have been told by btp) you are 100% allowed to record trains, unless you are breaking rules.

A friend has a simple approach that almost always works: ignore them. He doesn't engage in discussion, doesn't debate laws, he simply ignores them and carries on with what he's doing. If the police show up, then he explains. For ordinary security guards making up policies, absolutely not. He's been physically manhandled a couple of times, which on both occasions resulted in a four figure amount of money landing in his account to keep the situation out of the press. What matters though is that he knows the law, and that he doesn't attempt to push it if, for example, they ask him to leave private property.

The problems usually occur when people actually engage them in discussion. It's just not worth engaging, just don't break the law.

You absolutely should, and make sure that the company is well aware of the intention to publicise the case too. They may well pay for it to go away.

The staff I had issues with at Barking were security staff , Never had issues with TOC staff anywhere.
