I’d imagine Feltham will also.At present some links at Waterloo and Staines sign them. Wimbledon Park, Strawberry Hill, Woking, Guildford and Farnham will sign them in the future.

No Guards based at Feltham. Drivers yes for sure will sign.I’d imagine Feltham will also.
Ah yes my bad, missed which thread this was in!No Guards based at Feltham. Drivers yes for sure will sign.
Recently I have sent you and another member (via PM) both Plymouth and Penzance GWR HSS route knowledge updates both of which are lacking from the list. Do you still require updates to your lists or not?Any idea which depots?
Generally, I have done a (long-overdue) edit, but it is quite intensive for us to keep an eye on. If anyone is willing to assist in helping keeping this route & traction thread up-to-date, please do let me know.
If there is still obviously outdated info (e.g. traction since withdrawn) also let me know - either by PM or a reply.

Traction: 158 16x 387 80xCardiff Central (Train Managers - HSS):

Conductors at Belfast also sign Newry to Dublin as well but they do not sign the De Dietrich stock.NIR
Depots - Bangor - BR, Coleraine - CE, Derry - LY, Lanyon Place - LP, Larne Harbour - LR & Portadown - PD
All sign 3000/4000. Coleraine & Derry don’t sign Portadown - Newry but otherwise everyone signs everything
Also there are Train Managers at Lanyon Place who sign 3000 & De Dietrich and I think they only sign Lanyon Place - Connolly

There is a lot of retained route knowledge around GWR Guards, but think they are the basics.
Northern Leeds Conductors now go straight into L3, there is no L4.
Northern Harrogate Conductors sign 150, 155, 158 and 170.
Just an Add-On for SWR Woking guards… they also sign Waterloo-Dorking.
Conductors at Belfast also sign Newry to Dublin as well but they do not sign the De Dietrich stock.

Different Guard Depot, Route and Traction cards
WMT Snow Hill Conductors. Leamington to Stratford OA (Hatton South curve) now signed.www.railforums.co.uk
Yes you are correct that the Train Managers sign the Belfast to Dublin route only.
That's correct, aye.Amended thanks. Harrogate still just sign the one route?
Salisbury SWR also sign Basingstoke to Eastleigh via Winchester as a Diversionary route.
May 2025- Southampton Depot all (TBC)
(Internal Satellite Depot only)
Traction: 444/450 & 15X
Routes:
Waterloo-Poole including all Diversionary Routes
Brockenhurst-Lymington Pier
Southampton-Portsmouth
Portsmouth Direct
Eastleigh to Portsmouth via Botley
Salisbury to Southampton via Romsey and Chandlers Ford
Basingstoke to Salisbury via Andover
More information will be released from January but this is the current plan for the Depot.
Exeter TMs now sign Acton Main Line to Euston.
And 255 Castles.Plymouth TMs do
150 158 80X .
I sat there for about 5 mins puzzling about what was missing but couldn't work it out! Thanks! And 255 Castles.
I believe they also do Carlisle-Dumfries and back....or certainly used to when I was still working.Carlisle sign 156s and 158s. They work Carlisle to Leeds and Carlisle to Newcastle (not sure if they have any other routes on top of that).
Since when did Northern go to Dumfries?I believe they also do Carlisle-Dumfries and back....or certainly used to when I was still working.
Never (AFAIK), but it was operated by a Northern unit and crew on behalf of ScotRail. Similarly to how the Barton-on-Humber service used to work.Since when did Northern go to Dumfries?
I know for the drivers that work went back in house to ScotRail a year or two ago. I assume it's the same with the guards as well, they might as well share the taxi from Dumfries.I believe they also do Carlisle-Dumfries and back....or certainly used to when I was still working.
150/1, 150/2, 158, 195.Huddersfield sign Leeds - Man Vic (via Bradford and via Dewsbury), Leeds to Huddersfield, Huddersfield to Sheffield, Huddersfield to Bradford Interchange (not sure what traction they sign)
Some do but I don't think new starters sign it in.Leeds don't sign 156s.
