Manchester Piccadilly Platform 12

The up Euston services via Wilmslow and Crewe have resumed, and the Alderley Edge terminators remain cancelled but will restart on Monday 14 October (currently showing, but might be later). Platform 12 shows as being used by a Buxton and a Crewe train each hour today. Platforms 7 & 8 seem to be unused (as in post 45 above).

Manchester Piccadilly platform 12 remains in regular use; platforms 7 & 8 both appear to be out of use still and the Alderley Edge terminators remain cancelled. Post 45 above says that there’s another week to go until the work is completed.

Platforms 7 and 8 are due to reopen for Sunday (20/10/24) as scheduled. All services restored next week.
