I would like to ask if anyone knows of any publicly available documents that explain what the various signalling job positions are, what their responsibilities are, what the hierarchy is, etc. I want to do a comparison of how the UK handles signalling roles with other countries.

Do you have any links to places that elaborate on what each of those roles does?
Route Control Manager and Network Delivery Manager are the same thing, just some routes use different names.
Senior Network Delivery Manager sits above them, below Head of Control. Also to note, not all routes have a head of Control.
