Hi, everyone, just wondering if anyone had any experience within this before, I passed all of my assessment test and got invited for an interview over teams but it just said all slots are full.

Does anyone know how often these times slots come up available?
Nothing been replied back from any emails so far

Many thanks!

Is Bishop's Stortford so far the only depot that has seen actual movement in this campaign?

I didn’t have this issue. There was a few slots available when I booked.
It was then confirmed a few days later when I got a teams invite via email.

I'd email the person who let you know that you got through to the DMI. Believe it's Jordan. He should help you with that as it would not be fair to have got to DMI stage and have no dates available.

Looks like it. I applied for Colchester as a first option and haven’t had anything since passing the sjt. Bishops probably the only one with vacancies.

Interesting. Liv and Ilford both I applied for but haven't seen a sniff of movement which is Interesting as this campaign closes in a few months ths due to the lower GA application hold period.

Interestingly enough they need qualifieds for Anglia and West Anglia.

I believe BS may have moved quicker as it seems a few are leaving for other TOCs, I think the GA applications were looking to recruit 10ish people across the network but I believe BS all of a sudden had a few more open due to staff moving on, I believe it may be abit of filling dead mans shoes at other places as GA are waiting for pay deals a potential retirements..

Does anybody have the rota/links for drivers based at BS?

Also, does anybody know if the stansted express is something that is done permanently by set drivers, or is it just one of many routes the drivers do?

Thanks

I forgot to mention one person I met in the stage 1 assessment applied for the Ilford depot driver role. He said they contacted him not long ago (about 2 weeks ago) for interview dates but was unable to go. Before I applied for Bishops Stortford's second vacancy I applied to the Ilford depot driver and had my stage 1 assessment then.

I don't know however if mainline their arrangements are different to depot or if they have not got through with that yet.

Stansted Express I believe is driven by all the west drivers so Cambridge, Bishop's Stortford and Liverpool Street (WA)

Your work early mornings 5am-2/3pm then afternoons then a week of nights every 6 weeks or so, you can switch weeks so if you so wish. And Stansted is one for the routes your sign your sign Cambridge London Hertford East and the airport.

That's not bad. On the advert it says work an average of 35 hours a week so assume that's 3 to 4 days a week. Thanks also for answering that question.

It’s a 4 day week with Sundays as committed overtime so 5 if you have to work the Sunday.

It was okay, fairly similar to the MMI. I think I found it hard not to generalise and give specific examples. I've just emailed to ask for feed back. So I guess I'll see.

Yeah that is the good thing. I would prefer GA as its my local TOC. And I think it would be better for work life balance. But I'll keep my eye out for others.
Hi I’ve got my assessment booked for GA can you tell me if the MMI is included in the psychometric test day in Stratford?

Think I may have found the answer, assessment split into 2 stages with the MMI in the second part
Fab and last I remember it was indeed split in two days.

Thanks. Only found out today and have less than a week to prepare
Good luck, shouldn't be too hard. Practice the group bourdon everyday where possible. There is a tool on this fourm for it of which you can print the test(5 sheets of A4) and practice on paper like the real test will be on.

Thanks a lot I’ll practice as much as I can. Have you been for the assessment yet?

Has anyone actually heard anything more from Southend Victoria?
Hey, I’m new to the forum but I’ve gone for trainee depot driver at Southend Vic, had my interview on 18th and got an e-mail last week saying I was successful but being held in a talent pool for the next available vacancies
