Why don't you just tell the animals to moove away from the line? If they do it again, get them bah'd from the area.
Whats going on with the Higland Sleeper? Not even in Euston YET!!!
Delayed around Lockerbie I believe and then caught up on this disruption - 209 late at present

The 07:30 EUS-GLC probably going to get very busy at Preston as the 08:30 EUS-GLC is now ahead of it and being terminated at Preston

07:30 EUS-GLC now cancelled at Crewe - assuming they transfer passengers to the 12:09 CRE-GLC that is going to be a 3hr+ delay to passengers

Passengers on 07:30 EUS-GLC turfed off at Crewe. Put onto 11:09 EDB service. Do Virgin hold the 11:41 service to allow passengers for Glasgow arriving at Preston at 11:51,no, passengers told to get 12:53 PRE-GLC !
Why do you advise that your responsibility as far as the passenger charter is concerned is finished when a passenger is no longer on a delayed service as it has been terminated? The fact that they are then travelling on a train that is running to time is neither here nor there when the passenger is 3 hours late?
Did she get a name for the guard on the Voyager north of Preston? I may be able to have a quiet word and find out why she couldn't get any water/tea/coffee (if you are still interested that is)

Virgin Passengers Charter said:If you have already joined our train and it is delayed for more
than 30 minutes we will provide complimentary non-alcoholic
drinks until stocks are exhausted, and keep you informed of
developments.
Sorry you feel like this, our train managers also have other duties, but they try their best to check all tickets
Out of interest, how did Virgin manage to get away with the 1hr=25%, 2hr=100% when the others are 30-59min = 50% and 1hr+ is 100%? Someone pulled a fast one there!
