Euroairport to Freiburg

According to the photo, there was once a DB bus between Basel airport and Freiburg but it appears to be have been replaced by an expensive and infrequent Flixbus.

When did this service stop?

It has been dead since 2018 at the earliest I can find

As the Freiburg connection was an afterthought, I expect that, if your flight doesn't suit the Flixbus schedule, you are encourged to catch the Basel Hbf 50 bus (CHF 5.10), get the tram to Badisher Banhof and up to Freiburg on RE7 (€12)

Judging by the use of the pre-1994 logo the notice dates back quite a while. Or the photo does….
