Apparently the end of the world is............... today. Repent your sins whilst you can, we wouldn't want people to get caught in the fire and death and destruction here due in less than 12 hours!

Glad I'm an atheist, because I can plan tomorrow without worrying about whether it'll ever come!

The only thing is the calculations where done by americans.

so in america this is 5/21/2011 However they put their days and months the wrong way round, so it becomes the 5th day of the 21st month 5 +21 gives 26, which if put into base 12, gives us the date 5th febuary 2013 Now the mayan calendar says the world will end in december 2012, so maybe the world begins ending at that time, then the rapture happens two months after?

I see no Science in these calculations either. And as was pointed out earlier, the Americans can't even write their dates out correctly, so what hope can they have in predicting the dates of the end of the world? :roll:

Actually they DO right the dates in the correct manner. The accepted standard for computing and science is YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS.
