Interesting, especially the fact the Greater Anglia, and the contactless area, have expanded to now serve Hereford East!!

I'm not sure if this is a recent development, but contactless PAYG caps for journeys to/from stations beyond the zones are now listed on the National Rail site, including stations that TfL have overlooked for some time (link for comparison).

That's good news. Now off to check that I haven't made any typos setting up the table on my site.

Edit: It doesn't include the GWR branch lines in the Thames Valley! Argh!

Both Oyster and contactless have been valid at Hertford East for a few years.

Someone please remind me whether contactless is valid at Reading Green Park or not?

This answers a question I nearly asked - An off-peak return from Maidenhead to Central London followed by another trip from Maidenhead to London would hit the off-peak cap?

I don't suppose there's any caps further out to the West? Say for example you kept going between Maidenhead and Slough, would charges rack up until you hit the Maidenhead to Z1-6 cap?
