The Saphos rake has recently become all Mk1 following the return of the last vehicle from Arlington at Eastleigh which has replaced the single Mk2 coach which was previously in the formation.

Is it entirely First Class?

No, there is a small standard section in the buffet car. It makes no sense to travel in standard with Saphos though as First is only a little more expensive and you get a lot of value for the marginal additional expense. Standard is little more than a token gesture.

Given they charge near-double what other tour operators generally do, that sounds like Standard is overpriced more than First being good value.
