With the current XC service now generally down to just 2 hourly, it's not uncommon to for Greater Anglia's Norwich service to use platform 2 when there's disruption.

Hopefully that will all change next December or May 2025 when XC are planning to restore the missing airport services. As you say though there are no restrictions on 755/4s using Stansted and unlike 170s can also use platforms 1/3 in diesel mode.

It’s mainly a low cost airport so any seating is on par or better than Ryanair.

Yeah anything is better than Ryanair's seats

Except maybe Thameslink's...
