Until recently, the East Coast services using the hired in East Midlands HST used to be on diagram NL05, however a recent check on TRUST there isn't no sight of it working and I have checked the EC diagrams.

Any one know where the HST is?

Has it gone up to Kilmarnock already?

I heard rumours it would go up there but don't know when

The last I saw it was on Friday at Stevenage going northbound in service with a East Coast powercar at the country end and a Midland Mainline liveried powercar at the London end.

It's usual working which is the 16:55 Newcastle to Kings Cross has been in the hands of one of the East Coast HSTs all week.

Should be at Kilmarnock for various works including what appears to be wifi and various EC related bits. It's now being referred to as EC(something) rather than NL05.

I was under the impression it would recieve the livery but internaly ramain the same

That's my understanding, externally it will be repainted into EC livery but won't receive a full Mallard refurbishment internally (but will get things like sockets).
