Anyone know what’s happened with 67019/010/016?

These 67s have been at Toton for almost 5 years and nothing has happened with them, I’m starting to think they may be used for spare parts but a friend told me 019 was quite broken.

Does anyone know what component broke on that loco?

010 is active with Transport for Wales
016 is at Crewe ETD or Toton receiving interlock mods to become part of the Transport for Wales fleet
