47017 was on 3/4's this afternoon, as well as 47016 & 47730 being on short 3's.
47021 was changed-over for 22826 at 14.23, which departed from stand 6 for Vale, 22826 was then changed-over for 25223 by 15.22, it seem stange seeing a MAN & a Versa on 7's.
47021 later ended-up on 10's.
All of todays breakdowns were perventable, if the drivers had carried out the legally required pre-service saftey checks.
Also an Olympian had to be jump started this afternoon, after a driver parked it up and left the lights on.

This is getting dull lol.
Seeing as KK has mentioned safely checks it's reminded me that KLCH had a merc on the 42 the other night and one of its front indicator lights wasn't working. I tried to signal to him but to no avail.
Also KK I think today must have been one of the oddest days for allocations ever haha.

15699 did what I think was the first 42 of the day heading out of Lancaster at about 6.10. Not sure if this is a usual allocation or not as I'm rarely up at that time in the morning!!!
22609 appeared to have had a little bump in Workington early afternoon.
20923 on Moorclose 50.
20910 looked to be Moorclose 51 but not sure.
16870 on 30/31, not on the usual decker slot though.
16331 on 48.
Heard that some MANs are making their way north from Manchester very soon, likely to be S reg's. Possibly for Lillyhall's new X5 runs starting 31st May? I'd imagine they'd need a good tidy up before going into service.

The first 42 to blackpool is normally a scania that goes back to depot(when back in lancaster)for refuelling after service then going to garstang overnight.

No idea if they need paint or not.... two needed for the new X5's.... would be nice if the others see off a few B10M's... 20436 and 20910 come to mind :roll: Wonder how suited the MAN's would be on the X5's to Keswick... fairly taxing route which is staight there and straight back! Little cooling down time :roll:

i would laugh if it was 22808(Hyde road) and 22819(Stockport) that made the moves up to lillyhall.
It's apparently 5 S reg's, making the move up today. I'll let someone from Lillyhall confirm it though!
17017 came down from LL this afternoon and went onto 30.

(IF all five our coming LL's way....)22101/06/16/28/35 are currently in reserve at Manchester.....so thinking outloud putting two and two together!
Newcastle's T reg's are pretty dire inside - their not all that bad moving on the road....

47018 should be back on the road tommorow after having Green Road fitted. 47022 continues in daily use on the 69 at present, managing a full day!
16353 is still being taken apart next to the chassis wash. Sister 16351 has moved next to the B10Ms. 20924 is currently VOR.
24122 on 38's again today but should be on the 79/179 tommorow.

B10M replacements! Should be going to a few depots. Mans go out of the region.... B10Ls come in... its all going like clock work!

Most likely B8 then! B9 didn't exist, and B7 is pretty much always in Workington, with the same woman driver on it every time I see it! It was in Workington yesterday.
B8 CWR is the ex Carlisle one that had Honister Slate Mine all-over vinyl on it.
Sliding off topic, Reays new CityHopper timetables are now out.
63/63A "Infirmary Circulars" will no longer serve Botcherby, or Uni of Cumbria Fusehill Street Campus. The loop around Harraby is the exact same as Stagecoach 61/61A now, and the route between City Centre and Harraby will be the same as 61/61A. So much for Reays advertising their route as quicker and more efficient than Stagecoach, to then go copy Stagecoach....... There is no longer a "strict" 15 minute frequency between Belle Vue, Infirmary and City Centre. In fact, the timetable is rather all over the place. Some 63's are 30 minutes apart, but others are 60 minutes apart. Then on 63A, you've got some 20 minutes apart, some 30 minutes apart, and some 45 minutes apart. At least if you miss a Stagecoach bus on most sections of the Reays route, you know the next one won't be far behind (61/61A and 67/68 run every 7 or 8 minutes). With Reays, you'd end up running around to find a timetable, to work out if you're waiting for 20 minutes or an hour for the next one.
64 is now a circular route, starting at ASDA, going to Lowry Hill, St Anns Hill, City Centre, then the 64 will loop Morton Park - Sandsfield Park - Infirmary, before returning to City Centre. The service doing the loop in reverse is 64H (If anyone there had any brains, they'd re-number 64A to 64H (H for Houghton), and have 64/64A Circulars. The frequency on 64 has dropped from every 30 minutes, to "approximately" hourly. Timing intervals from ASDA are 40 minutes, then 1 hour 20, then 40 minutes, then 1 hour 20. I also find it amazing how the 64 to ASDA from City Centre takes 27 minutes on timetable, but 64H takes 26, and they follow the same route.....
New service 70 is an hourly service starts at Carleton Clinic, then follows the old 63/63A route around Harraby, Botcherby and Uni of Cumbria Fusehill Street campus (hourly link on Reays, every 15 minutes on Stagecoach 76). From City Centre, it goes to ASDA via the main road, like Stagecoach 62, but goes into Morrisons as well, avoids Lowry Hill, then goes Kingstown Broadway to ASDA.
I don't know about you, but I personally think Stagecoach could be picking up quite a few passengers from this... Reays seemed to be picking up rather well on their services, now they're just making a big mess with them. Even when I was in Uni on Wednesday, there was still MCV Evolutions running with no passengers on at all, never mind a Primo, with a Stagecoach bus running a few minutes behind rather busy! It might work out in Reays favour, but I'm seeing it work more to Stagecoach's advantage more than anything!

47022 on 77 seatoller today. Not stagecoach but north west apollo 8 travel have got a wright streetlite on the 106 kendal Penrith pics of both on my flickr later on tonight.

Don't take this for granted, but I seen some ALX bodied MANS in Lillyhall, It deffo wasn't 34079, because for one thats a Dart, and for two these MANS had a different display set up.

B14 dosen't even have the new Reays logo, It has the old logo that looks like a blob of blue next to the doors, I don't follow the Reays Fleet, I only follow Hoban's fleet.
