I need help please

Hi there,
Please I need advice, I was stopped by ticket checker from Great anglia on 7/11/23 on platform 10 Stratford, and I do not have right ticket for my journey, I gave correct information about myself to the guy, but what is given me sleepless night now is that, I have not received a letter from them, and I will be travelling for holiday next week, i will not be back till mid January, and we are 2 in numbers on the day , and the other one has received letter and was asked to pay fine.. this is giving me a lot of headache as I have not received my own letter
Please is it OK to write them and explain, because even they send the letter now , I will not be around to receive it,
Is it ok to ask them to send me email instead?
And please does anyone know their contact details to write or to call?
Please I don't want them to take me to court. I own up to my mistakes and I will never do it again, it does not worth the stress I have been going through since the day I was caught. My blood pressure is higher than normal. Please kindly help thanks.

They will write to you when they have looked at your case. They won’t generally email you, and contacting them won’t make things any faster.

Thank you I emailed them and they replied that the letter has been sent since 22 of November but did not receive it. They are now looking at how to settle out of court Thank you
