I can imagine the RHTT will have its work cut out overnight to attempt to clear the lines.
some areas that are known to be bad, sometimes get 2 or 3 passes with the RHTT instead of just 1. (G.E anyway)

So reliable these days too. If you go back particularly to Sandite days the chances of completing the circuits was practically zero.

indeed, sandite trains, running as a Class 8 were a pain ! vastly different now

Only ones who were happy were the traincrew who chipped off early night after night when the converted DMU failed.
