Information provided on the NRE site could very well form part of the contract.
The contract is the NRCoT.
The fact that the statements are in different places doesn't mean that they can't constitute part of the same term overall - they both speak to issues relating to break of journey.
That doesn’t stand up to serious scrutiny. A term is a single section of a contract.

The contract is the NRCoT.
The NRCoT is certainly the main part of the contract but it doesn't contain all of its terms; section 50 of the CRA (inter alia) refers.

That doesn’t stand up to serious scrutiny. A term is a single section of a contract.
I'm afraid we will have to agree to disagree on that.
