When will LNER tickets be available .. Newcastle to Edinburgh (7th Jan) & Return (10th Jan)

I am trying to book a short stay in Edinburgh for early next year, but only see Cross County, TPE and Lumo tickets (on RailUK ticket site)

Is there a special reason why LNER tickets aren't available yet ?

Roughly, when will these be released ?

My wife and I have travelled a few times with LNER over the past year and their service has been fantastic .. so we don't see a need to change

As far as I can see, it's simply that those dates are beyond LNER's current booking horizon.

I wouldn't have thought too long unless any works are planned for the Sunday.

I haven't checked for a long while, but I think there is a 9 day block, 6th-14th January, at Peterborough for Spital Jn S&C to be renewed.

The plan was for a very limited LNER service via Cambridge (and over the down slow Tallington to Helpston) 8th-12th January, with buses south of Grantham for the 2 weekends.

As I said I haven't checked for a long while and it might have been changed since.

Does anybody have an update regarding planned rail works please ?

I would really like to book shortly, but was hoping to get an LNER train, although I do see there are TPE running on that route on the same day. I've used LNER several times this year and have never had a problem, so don't really want to use a different train company.
