Whats causing the Chiltern 68s to become so unreliable?

Right, to sum it up, over the past week or so there has been 3 68 failures over the CML, all of which have (1 currently is still ongoing) taken at least a few hours to solve, with rescue locos being required for each. Causing as you'd expect, a lot of disruption. Is there a specific reason as to why this keeps happening or is it just an unlucky coincidence?

I think all the Chiltern livery ones are HVO now, but I'd be surprised if 68008 & 009 are because they haven't been back with Chiltern for long.

Do we know the numbers of the loco's that have failed during this past week?

I believe the three failures were caused by different faults so unlikely
