Hi all, could anyone shed some light on during the VSE should you stick with the guidance pointing out the four errors or class the other 2 examples given as errors as well. It has the possibility of messing with your final score. Thanks in advance.

I am fairly sure if you read the instructions it does say to look out for other errors not listed. I've completed the test already so can't go back and check.

Completed both tests. What i would say is anyone still to do them the practice material for the VSE from how to become was very helpful. Slightly different and obviously not exactly the same but a great tool for getting your " Eye in "

I did the SJT on a laptop and completed this fine. You would severely hinder yourself if you used anything other than a computer & mouse imho while doing the VSE.

Same found the M7 straight forward as it’s just what you deem best to do.

VSE again straight forward till the 3rd part which was pretty tricky got a few wrong but just see what happens

Vse completed tonight, misclick on part 1, maybe 6-7 errors on part 2 and genuinely on part 3 not too sure, perhaps 3-5. Time will tell I suppose!

I had to wait at least 2 months before I got my results for M7. But CBI results took 3 days to tell me I passed.

For those waiting for a DMI has anyone chased up with Avanti any timeframe? I’m sure we’ll hear more after the summer holidays, but still I’m anxious to hear something.

I got my results yesterday at about 1530, so from sitting the test on the 8th, to then it's been just less than a week. I dunno if everyone will be the same though.

I’m Polmadie as well, completed the tests on Friday still no word. Hopefully not much longer

Based on my experience with the process back in October, November and January, you can usually expect your results back within 7-10 working days within taking the tests, so anyone who completed them last week should hear back at least by the end of next week at the very latest. That said the OPC are small and have been dealing with a lot of applicants in this recruitment drive and are prioritising certain depots, so don't be surprised if you wait a little bit longer. In either case you will hear back sooner or later, so the only thing to do is be patient, and good luck to anyone currently sitting through the process.

I don’t know where the assessment centre is, hopefully it’s in Glasgow
