Am I correct in thinking that there isn't any industrial action planned after the ASLEF overtime ban finishes on Saturday? (By planned I mean announced).
Obviously, individuals may choose not to do overtime.

There was talk of some later in August on Twitter a few weeks back but I don't think any has been officially announced yet? I'm sure it will be, though, I'd put money on it affecting the bank holiday in some way.

Ah, that's the one. I guess that's a specific one not related to the overall campaign and so isn't necessarily the dates that will come up nationally?

What is the issue with RMT members in Edinburgh who work for Cross Country trains, does anyone know?

I would assume that RMT will announce some more strikes today / tomorrow for the Bank Holiday and then the back to school period as part of the "day of action" on ticket offices.

Then next one is maybe Tory conference at start of October?

New strike dates have to be 24th or later now, due to the 2 weeks notice required.

If there's a specific XC issue then it wouldn't make sense for the RMT to call national strikes on those days, as it would eclipse the XC issue.

As far as I can tell, there's been a proposal to have LNER staff dispatch CrossCountry services at Waverley as part of the roll out of Network Rail's "one team" concept (already in place at Victoria, London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross), with affected XC staff not being entitled to TUPE across to LNER.
