Batley Signal Box, which controlled the track through Dewsbury, shut back in June. The signallers interposed a goodbye message into the train describers as a tribute to it. If its still showing that the website has not been switched over to the new train describer the new controlling signal box is using.

Train describer berths do not have to have information about trains - they are often filled with messages such as "Merry Christmas", "Happy New Year" and messages when the box is about to close. They can also be used where there is rusty rails, a flood, engineers posessions, etc.

On a pedantic point of order, that's OTT not RTT. It's a completely different website by a different person.
