710 at Camden Road?

Hi,

A few minutes ago I was surprised to see 710257 passing Camden road junction on its way from Kensal Green Turnback to York Way North Junction. Definitely expecting a 378 on this. Does anyone know why this move took place? 710s on a reopened Primrose Hill line?

Any help much appreciated

It's just a route learning train, so can use whatever unit happens to be spare on the day.

Ah, I see. I heard that the 710s would be coming to the NLL shortly so I assumed it was something to do with that. If it’s route learning I wonder why it’s going via Primrose Hill!

Because that is one of the routes they are learning! It basically covers all the lines that the Overground uses for empty stock moves that don't have a passenger services, eg Primrose Hill, City Lines, Relief Lines, Wembley C Sidings.

Service increases on the East London line which can only use 378s
