We exit the station and cross the road to the City Shops South bus stops, where we board the 1940 Stagecoach South Hovertravel service to Southsea (Hovertravel Terminal), arriving there at 1950 on Monday evening.

A chance for us to potentially go over to the Isle of Wight, if a boat is still available (I'd have thought so seeing as the transfer bus is still running).

We then take the 20.30 Hovertravel service to Ryde Esplanade arriving at 20.40 on Monday.

As the rest of the Transport Interchange is just over the footbridge from the hoverport, we use the standard 5 minutes minimum interchange time and board the 2045 journey on Southern Vectis service 3. We alight at Ventor, Boots at 2138 on Monday.

We walk (7 min / 0.4 mile) to the Fort St stop on Culver Parade where we board Southern Vectice service 8 at 2314. We then alight at Bembridge, Fire Station at 2326 on Monday.

we then take the 23.34 Southern Vectis service 8 to Newport Bus station arriving at 00.18 on Tuesday.

There is time for one more journey before the main services cease for the night, so we depart at 0035 on Southern Vectis service 9 (the variation via Medina, not Staplers) from which we alight at Fishbourne Ferry Terminal at 0050 on Tuesday.

This takes us to the Ferry Terminal, which is only served once daily in each direction, at around this time of night.
A pitiful service from what is generally a good company, especially when buses run 7 times each hour in each direction to the stops on the main road, just over 0.5 mile away...
