There's staggered courses going on right now at Chester. One started in April and the other in May. They are still full sized courses, they don't need to shrink them to cope with running two simultaneously.

At the MMI stage, will there be situational judgment questions to do too?

I remember doing these online when applying at the initial stages?

So will it be SJE, MMI and computer tests? Thanks

Yeah I did the SJE questions first, then you do the computer tests and then after all that is done. You have around 45 minutes to go over your 6 questions. You can change your questions if you want, I did. They'll take you into a room and tell you if you passed or failed and then you do the interview which lasts around 45 minutes to a hour

what bit do they say if you passed or failed? The computer bit?

By the way, what made you change your MMI questions?

Also, is the SJE questions straightforward?

You do the sje which are straightforward. Keep thinking safety rules and procedures and you'll get to see what they are looking for.

Once you do the 3 computer tests you go and sit and look over mmi answers. They then come and tell you if you passed. If not you leave, if so you sit mmi

Yeah you can't fail on a sje, I didn't know the 6 answers or questions I wrote down after my paper test so I practiced loads of different ones and some were better than what I originally wrote. They'll tell you after your break, after the computer tests

Recruitment told me they're still filling August and September courses for Valleys. Not sure about Mainline but it sounded like they are well organised and you wont be waiting long.

Fingers crossed!

Nice mate! How long after the medical do they send you lots of emails to fill in? Where have you got to collect your uniform from?
I had my medical on the Tuesday they phoned me on the Friday afternoon. Not sure about uniform but I had to fill in my address on the order.

That's fair enough, I got my medical Friday. I think I saw on the forum you go and collect it and you can change it there and then also if you need smaller or bigger sizes

Uniform you'll get during your first week in classroom. All go together and then you can swap bits for different sizes

Just found out i passed the computer assessments, so waiting to hear the outcome of the MMI. If i passed the paper and computer assessments but fail the Mmi, would i have to resit the whole thing? Or am i safe with the paper and computer assessments now?
