If SWR use their normal strike plan then the above train will not run. The last train towards Basingstoke from Waterloo is at 1815 arriving at 1925.
If the strikes are repealed then the 0105 would only go as far as Basingstoke due to engineering work around Winchester.

Don't forget this time there won't be a Network Rail strike so trains may well run later.

Many TOC’s only have the continengcy staff to run a skeleton, day time service at best, regardless of whether the boxes are manned or not (which as you say, they will be this time).
Freight won’t be affected this time though, for that very reason.
Not if the traincrew that work it start their shift before 2359.
The strike action is for employees not to work any shift that starts between 0001 and 2359 on 13 May.
Correction - it hasn't been deleted from the system, unlike all the other post-midnight trains.
That may mean it is worked by a Waterloo crew who start after midnight - BUT it may be an error (there may be a crew, but will there be any station staff around by then?!).
I wouldn't yet rely on it.

Apparently the 0010 and the 0105 form part of the previous days strike action - according to SWR. To be honest I’m not confident they even know !
Interestingly, Southern Rail are saying they are running a late/early morning service from Brighton. A Thameslink service to Bedford 0002.

After I posted, the SW trains disappeared quickly
I travelled with Southern and Thameslink from Blackfriars and East Croydon after midnight, and there were a few more trains on the boards still.
