I watched the Saltash Rail cam at 4:58, when the Penzance 5 car passed over the Royal Albert and on the window side to the cam, there was no one sitting in any of the coaches. Was it worth running that train through Cornwall?

Probably not but it may well have come up ECS from Penzance anyway. Once advertised it’ll run regardless of whether anybody uses it.
