My last email was that the hiring manager is reviewing my application, what about you?

Exactly the same.

I emailed for an update 2 weeks ago and was told it’s still with the hiring manager and due to high number of applicants the process could take a little longer.

They have just started a course this week for people from the 2021 recruitment drive and they all did there on site assessments and interviews in November/December 2022.

I believe December 2022 recruitment drive updates past this point won’t be til the end of the year if not sometime next year , but who knows.

Just sit tight for now and just wait to be contacted I would say.
