My uncle who was a traveling storeman for Great Western out of Swindon left me this book in his will
Is this of interest to engineering historians??

It's possible. Copies of the 7th edition seems to have been reprinted over in India in recent years; but an original dating from 1915 ought to be more collectable.

A search on ebay/Google/appropriate bookseller website will indicate availability/price.

As @etr221 hints at, we can't really provide a free valuation service on here, but reckon your book, as an original, if in good condition, should be more collectable than a recent copy/reproduction, but can't imagine it's worth more than some ££ (double digit) sum.
