An off-peak return ticket from Three Bridges to Shifnal, valid via Kensington Olympia, would appear to run into difficulty this Sunday, as there don't seem to be any services on the West London Line.

Supposing one held this ticket, and wished to use the return portion this Sunday (26/02), what would be the best course of action?
There is ticket acceptance arranged on 220 and 228 as usual.

From National Rail Enquiries:
No London Overground trains will run between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction, and a reduced service will run between Willesden Junction and Stratford.

You can use your tickets with London Bus routes 220 and 228.

The Southern site also states that they have arranged ticket acceptance on LNR and Overground services between Watford Junction and Euston, and on London Underground services between Victoria and Euston. Arguably they should also have arranged ticket acceptance with Avanti, for tickets such as this, but they must be very much a niche purchase.

There's nothing stopping you using Avanti between Wolverhampton and Watford Junction possibly - then catching the LNR to Euston from there? Or speak to the TM to see if you can stay onto Euston and explain that the WLL is shut?.

I'm not the one travelling, but I shall pass that on, thank you.
