Hi,
Any advice with train spotting at London Paddington such as the best platforms to view and film movements? Can I just turn up and not get bothered or is there strict guidance in place about signing in?

Best to sign in to the station reception, solely so they know you are about (less likely to get bothered by security/welfare if you hang around at the end of a platform).

The far end of Platform 1 from memory gives good views of the various comings in & out.
