OO gauge XC HST power car repaint

I can't get Hornby HST XC power cars, unless I pay a lot of money.

Does anybody offer a repaint or vinyl service? Ie where a set of power cars (of another livery) could be put into Arriva XC CrossCountry livery?

Determined to get some somehow!

My first thought was Electra Rail (https://electrarail.co.uk/), which offers vinyl stickers to 'repaint' model rolling stock. Turns out they don't currently have a Cross Country HST set, but I wonder if they might be up for making one? They mention in a blog post that they're looking for new ideas.
